Haluamme asiakkaidemme olevan täysin tyytyväisiä tilattuihin tuotteisiin, joten tarjoamme kaikille tuotteille 30 päivän täyden vaihto- ja palautusoikeuden. Sinulla on siis oikeus perua tilauksesi, vaihtaa tuotteita korvaaviin tuotteisiin tai palauttaa tuotteita ilman erillistä syytä 30 päivän sisällä tilauksen vastaanottamisesta laskien.

Sinun tulee palauttaa tuotteet sekä sähköpostitse saamasi palautuskaavake meille täytettynä 30 päivän määräajan sisällä tilauksesi vastaanottamisesta. Jos haluat vaihtaa palauttamiasi tuotteita korvaaviin tuotteisiin, toimitamme vaihtotuotteet sinulle veloituksetta. Mikäli haluat palauttamistasi tuotteista rahasi takaisin, maksamme hyvityksen tilillesi normaalisti 2-4 arkipäivän sisällä palautuksen käsittelystä laskien.
